Contra Costa Health Services (CCHS)

All people age 12 or older can get vaccinated at a CCHS site even if they do not live or work in Contra Costa County, no appointment required. While all CCHS sites accept walk-ins without a previous appointment, people can also schedule an appointment online or by phone at 1-833-829-2626, Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

People under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to their vaccination, have written consent from a parent/guardian, or have a parent/guardian we can contact by phone during the vaccination.

Homebound people that are unable to visit one of our sites can request a home vaccination from our mobile team.
