Overview Dashboard

The State of California tracks six indicators to monitor the spread of COVID-19 at the county level. A county is placed on a monitoring list for three days if the threshold for any of the indicators is exceeded. If placed on the monitoring list, the State does not allow additional sectors to reopen within the county for three weeks. Data is reviewed daily and if any indicator is exceeded, the three-day countdown restarts.

Data reported to CCHS as of 8/3/2020 at 11:30 a.m.

July 31, 2020  We have been informed that the State is experiencing issues with electronic lab reporting of test results. As a result, the case and testing numbers may experience an increase once the issues have been resolved.

Data is compiled from CalREDIE and hospitalization data is collected via electronic survey. All data points could be a snapshot of different times. We are continually working on improving the data collection.
