Community Conversations About COVID-19 Vaccines

Vaccines are an important tool in protecting communities from

COVID-19. But the decision to get vaccinated is personal.

Contra Costa Health Services has created the Health Equity Conversations video and accompanying conversation guide to help community-based organizations, safety net providers, faith-based organizations, youth groups, schools, and community advocates reach their communities and help make informed decisions about vaccines.

This toolkit provides:

  • Health Equity Conversation Video

  • Community Conversation Guide

  • Facilitator Tips

  • Resources for Community Education
